The color of the seed is white in color. We cold pressed the seeds in stone and wooden machine at below 40 degrees to retain all its natural vitamin and minerals. The extracted oil is then filtered through a cotton muslin cloth. The oil is a pure and natural extract which is dark yellow in color and slightly thicker in consistency. Our pure oil might freeze in cold environments. Its texture is quite similar to the ghee we all have been seeing for ages.
